The duration of our therapeutic journey is shaped by various factors, including your expectations for the therapy process, your level of openness, honesty & engagement during sessions, your consistency in attending therapy, your efforts outside of sessions, the severity and complexity of your concerns and the scope of areas you wish to address. 

While certain challenges may be addressed within a few sessions, others may require more time. Throughout our sessions, I will continuously assess your progress and readiness to transition from therapy. We will engage in ongoing discussions to ensure that your treatment aligns with your evolving needs and goals.

I do not provide prescriptions for medications. Should medication be necessary, I will assist you in obtaining those services from a qualified healthcare provider, such as a physician, psychiatrist, or nurse practitioner.

Currently, I am only offering virtual telehealth sessions. This provides you therapy right from the comfort and privacy of your own home, office or preferred location.

Telehealth has rapidly grown as an effective means of delivering mental health care, especially when patients and providers are miles apart. This approach not only offers greater flexibility but also removes barriers like transportation issues, leading to better continuity of care with fewer missed appointments. It can even enhance the therapy experience for children and adolescents compared to traditional in-person sessions.

I am an out of network provider. If you choose to work with me through the out-of-network status with your insurance, I can provide you with a "super-bill".

A super-bill enables you to seek reimbursement directly from your insurance provider. Please be aware that the amount of reimbursement you receive will be contingent upon the terms and conditions outlined in your individual insurance plan.
