who am I?

Reena Vyas-Rana, LPC, LCADC, aCS

Reena is officially licensed by The State of New Jersey as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC). In addition, Reena is also licensed as a formal Approved Clinical Supervisor (ACS), which allows her to clinically supervise, train and mentor those who are on the path to obtaining their clinical license within New Jersey.


Reena's academic accreditations includes her Masters in Professional Counseling from Seton Hall University, New Jersey, an Ed.S (Education Specialist) from Seton Hall University and an undergraduate Bachelors degree in Psychology from Rutgers University, New Jersey.

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Reena applies these principles and interventions tailored to an individual's needs. Her experience spans a diverse clientele, addressing issues with a wide range of requirements.

  • Motivational Interviewing (MI) in addition to CBT, is described as "..a directive approach for facilitating change by helping people to resolve ambivalence and find intrinsic reasons for making needed behavior change."
